Our Telehealth company was founded to provide convenient, and high quality after hospitalization teleneurology care for a specified group of Neurology patients, residing in the state of Georgia, who have recently been discharged from the hospital, typically within 3-6 weeks of scheduling an appointment with our practice.

With our telehealth capabilities we are able to bring our after-hospitalization follow-up care to you. We see most post-stroke, new-onset seizure, and new-onset headache patients, who have been discharged from the hospital ideally within 3-6 weeks of scheduling an appointment with our practice. We offer medication refills, can order imaging studies, labs, and make patient referrals, as felt appropriate for your case. At the appointment confirmation, all patients will receive access to their own private Hippa compliant patient portal, have the ability to upload documents, and gain access to a board certified Neurologist at their convenience.
